WholeManga respects the intellectual property rights of original creators and publishers. We take copyright infringement claims seriously and respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown requests.
How to Submit a Takedown Request
If you are a copyright holder or authorized agent and believe your content is being infringed on WholeManga, please send a written notice to:
Your Notice Must Include
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on WholeManga
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate
- Your electronic or physical signature
Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content within 48 hours. We will also notify the user who posted the content, if applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with documentation supporting your right to use the content.
